What does Threadship do?
Threadship is an AI agent for import and export teams. It reads your shipment email, saves the documents to your folders, keeps your Excel sheet up to date and drafts replies. You review.
Which tools does it work with?
Today it works with Microsoft 365: Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint and Excel.
Does the agent send email for us?
No. It can't send email from your mailbox. It writes drafts, and a person on your team opens and sends them.
What can the agent see?
Only the mail its own account receives and the folders an admin picks. It doesn't see anyone else's mailbox. Details are on our Security page.
Is our data used to train AI?
No. Your data belongs to your company, and Threadship doesn't train models on it. See AI processing.
Where is our data stored?
In the United States, on Google Cloud, encrypted in transit and at rest. Your emails and documents stay in your own Microsoft 365.
How do we stop access or delete our data?
An admin can remove folders and spreadsheets in the agent's settings, or remove Threadship in Microsoft Entra. To have your data deleted, email support@threadship.ai. See Revoking access.
